Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with Questor or its web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Questor is a Discord bot and web dashboard that automates the completion of Discord Quests on behalf of authenticated users by interacting with Discord's API. The service is provided "as-is" and may be updated or discontinued without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for the security of any tokens or credentials you provide.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Discord's Terms.
You agree not to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
You acknowledge that automation tools carry inherent risk to your Discord account and accept full responsibility.

4. Token & Credential Handling

Your Discord user token is stored locally in your browser's localStorage only. All API calls are proxied through our server to avoid CORS restrictions — your token is used only to forward requests to Discord and is never stored server-side.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of account access, data, or profits.

7. Discord Compliance

We make no guarantee that use of this service complies with Discord's current Terms of Service or automation policies. Users are solely responsible for compliance.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
